Energy for Zambia
For my Individual Project, I chose to explore how light influences our emotions and how it can be expressed through a portrait series. Paired with Stan’s beautiful literature, the result is a well-crafted and meaningful outcome.
International Engineering with European Project Semester
Gain international experience in a multidisciplinary and multicultural project for one semester at a partner university. The European Project Semester (EPS) connects students from diverse backgrounds across Europe to collaborate on impactful engineering projects, fostering a global approach to problem-solving.
My Contribution
As a design student in a highly technical project, I embraced a role that combined research and creative visualization. Our team split into two groups: one focused on energy simulation, while the other, including myself, worked on visualizing the project for non-technical audiences.
I collaborated on designing a website and a 3D model to effectively convey our project’s goals.
The Visualization and 3D Model
We created a website supported by a custom 3D model, developed in Blender and inspired by the African savannah to represent the Zambian landscape. The website used smooth-scrolling animations to guide visitors through the project narrative, blending storytelling with technical insights.
